Andromeda (Flower Child #3) by Moxie Darling

Goodreads Review

Andi Hartley, a girl with hippie roots and a broken heart, has done the thing she thought she could never do.

She escaped.

After fleeing an abusive relationship, she embarks on a penniless journey to find her long-lost friends. And herself. While hitchhiking on a desolate West Virginia back road, however, she meets a mountain man who leads her down a different path. And as it turns out, he's nearly as damaged as she is. As their dark pasts open fresh wounds, they look for healing in the only way they know how.

Skin to skin.

This is the third novella in a planned series. It is NOT a full-length book.

(Disclaimer: this novella is for adults only. It contains explicit sex, rough sex, sex with strangers, and hints at non-consent.)

This is my favourite of this series as the third and last book I was glad that I was offered the opportunity to read Andromeda.
Andi is on the run from her abusive boyfriend, she hitchhikes to look for her friends Clover and Willow out in Virginia.
Instead she finds William Bill. He isn’t a looker, which I loved by the way Ms. Darling, but he is sweet and appealing and good looking in his own right the way he was described to us. I liked that he wasn’t all that perfect come to think of it none of them are.
Andi and Bill become closer and I loved them together. That she had a flashback was understandable but that little tid bit with Possum Hollow was well written and horrible at the same time. Well done Ms. Darling.
I’m not tempted to read Merle if I’m honest.
There is strong, emotional content in this book and is for a mature audience only.
I would have liked some kind of closure with the abusive ex but that is just me.
I really enjoyed it, could have been a bit longer to be honest.
